    It is the customized Islamic Sharia compliant secondary investment management product for institutions that invests in capital market by respecting Sharia Law for investments. The fund is invested mainly in listed capital market equity instruments for long-term based on fund’s objectives and rigorous investment research.

      • To generate long-term risk-adjusted return by considering client specific objectives (Investment Policy Statement, IPS)

      • At least three years.

      • ICL will communicate portfolio statement on a quarterly basis through email.
      • Investment performance would be communicated on an annual basis in line with investment objectives along with an annual “Letter to the Investors” to describe the overall situation of the year under review.
      • IPS would be updated on an annual basis through meeting with the clients.
      • Institutional investors looking for higher risk-adjusted return in shariah compliant way over Fixed Income return
      • Average Ability and Willingness to assume risk (Risk-Tolerance) of equity investments
      • Do not have time and/or expertise to manage equity investments

      • 'Long Only’ Investment Positioning based on clients’ IPS, Investment Research and Capital Market Expectations
      • Subsequent Monitoring and Rebalancing to accommodate changing equity environment tailoring clients’ IPS

      • Considering each client’s IPS, the optimum ‘Asset Class Allocation and Security Selection’ will be formulated by the professional investment management team of ICL. In an ideal case, the allocation is likely to be as follows -

      • Asset Class Allocation: 100% in listed equity securities (Sharia Compliant)
      • Sector Allocation: Not more than 30% of the fund size shall be invested in any single sectorr
      • Security Allocation: Not more than 15% of the fund size shall be invested in any single stock

      • Investment risk is relatively higher due to equity orientation in comparison to Fixed Income. However, this results into a higher risk-adjusted return, in the long term, as well. In addition, risk is kept in control with the following steps taken upfront at ICL,
